This easy one-pan pork chop recipe features tender, juicy meat with a rich and creamy mustard sauce. It's a perfect low-carb meal that’s packed with flavor and comes together in under 30 minutes. Serve it with roasted asparagus or a side salad for a complete keto-friendly dinner.

Creamy Mustard Pork Chops (Keto-Friendly)

Ingredients:

  1. 4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)

  2. 2 tbsp olive oil or butter

  3. Salt and black pepper, to taste

  4. 2 garlic cloves, minced

  5. 1/2 cup chicken broth

  6. 1 cup heavy cream

  7. 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

  8. 1 tbsp whole grain mustard (optional, for extra texture)

  9. 1/2 lemon, juiced

  10. Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

Season the Pork Chops: Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel, then season both sides with salt, black pepper, and minced garlic.


Sear the Pork Chops: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil or butter over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the pork chops. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they develop a golden-brown crust. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set them aside.

Prepare the Mustard Sauce: In the same skillet, pour in the chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Stir in the heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and whole grain mustard. Let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.

Finish Cooking: Return the pork chops to the skillet, spoon some sauce over them, and let them simmer for another 2-3 minutes. Drizzle in the lemon juice and stir to combine.

Serve: Plate the pork chops and pour the creamy mustard sauce over the top. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
